Villa Fit-Out & Finishing Project Manager | Budget, Timeline & Quality Control

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the complete fit-out and finishing phase of a private villa project. The ideal candidate will take full control of scheduling, cost tracking, subcontractor evaluation, quality control, and reporting directly to the owner. Key Responsibilities: Project Scheduling & Tracking: Create a master project schedule, assign milestones, monitor daily/weekly progress with the site team, and actively mitigate project delays. Subcontractor Quotation & Evaluation Mechanism: Establish a structured mechanism to review, validate, and compare subcontractor bids/quotations alongside the technical team. Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to help the owner make quick and informed decisions. Cost Control & Budgeting: Log, track, and manage all project expenses to ensure the project stays strictly within the defined budget. Quality Assurance & Handover: Supervise the quality of all executed finishing works, manage site handovers from subcontractors, and ensure compliance with design specs and standards. Communication & Reporting: Act as the main bridge between the site team, subcontractors, and the owner, providing clear, visual status updates and decision-making summaries. Requirements: Language: Native or Fluent Arabic speaker is mandatory (written and spoken), as all contractor interactions and owner reporting will be conducted in Arabic. English proficiency is a strong plus. Proven experience in civil engineering, architecture, or interior fit-out/finishing project management (villa or residential projects preferred). Strong expertise in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, ClickUp, or Asana) and Excel/budget management tools. Excellent analytical skills for comparing construction bids and technical offers. High communication skills with a track record of effective reporting for project owners.
