We're looking for a virtual assistant to work part time as an Assistant Booker (plus on a weekend day Saturday or Sunday every other weekend) to complete projects that are anticipated to require approximately 10-12 hours per week. The work will include the following: - Schedule talent for events and manage daily calendar - Check staff In for our events - Assistant work - Client success management - Assistance with scouting and setting up interviews Skills required: - Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat - Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Calendar, Trello (or other project mgmt tools) and Slack Being able to work a weekend day is required for this role.
