Summary

We are a commercial real estate debt fund. We need two sets of assistance, ideally one person can fill both roles but we are open to hiring individuals separately. 1) data input and admin tasks to include updating our CRM, adding contacts and accounts, updating task lists, tracking closing checklists and documenting next steps or completions. creating and maintaining expense lists in excel for each transaction 2) analyst type work, underwriting and reviewing deals. reviewing and analyzing due diligence documents, tracking items on a closing checklist and ensuring nothing gets dropped.
