Virtual Assistant — Creator Outreach & Research (RateRef)

Job Description: I'm looking for a detail-oriented VA to help grow RateRef (rateref.co) — a free tool that gives content creators a live rate card link for brand deals. Your job is simple and repeatable: find creators on Instagram and TikTok, look up their public stats, generate a personalized preview link using our internal tool, and send them a short outreach message. What you'll do each day: Find 20-30 creators on Instagram or TikTok matching our target profile (25K-250K followers, lifestyle/fitness/beauty/sports/NIL niches) Look up their engagement rate using free tools (phlanx.com or hypeauditor.com) Go to our internal preview generator tool (takes 30 seconds per creator) and generate a personalized preview link Send a short DM or email using our provided script (we give you the exact wording — no improvising needed) Log everything in a Google Sheet (Name, Handle, Platform, Followers, Engagement Rate, Preview Link, Date Sent, Response Y/N) What you WON'T be doing: Writing your own copy or scripts (we provide everything) Making any decisions about who to contact (we provide targeting criteria) Touching any code, database, or backend systems Who we're looking for: Comfortable navigating Instagram and TikTok on desktop Familiar with Google Sheets Reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented Experience with influencer research or social media outreach is a plus but not required Must have reliable internet and be available during overlapping US hours (at least a few hours of overlap with EST) Bonus pay: $3 per verified creator signup that comes through your outreach (tracked via our system). Base hourly + bonus if your outreach converts.
