YouTube Prospect Researcher (spirituality and manifestation niche) for a content repurposing agency We're a boutique agency specializing in content repurposing for coaches, authors, and content creators. We're looking for someone organized with a good eye for research to investigate YouTube channels within the spirituality and manifestation niche, and build a prospect database for outreach proposals. Responsibilities -Search for YouTube channels within the manifestation and spirituality niche that fit an ideal client profile (we'll share it with you) -Fill out a spreadsheet with key data for each channel: subscribers, total videos, average length, upload frequency, presence on Shorts, newsletter, Pinterest, website, and whether they sell any product -Prioritize prospects based on how well they fit the ideal profile -Deliver weekly progress reports -Requirements -Prior experience in market research, prospecting, or lead generation -Comfortable working with Google Sheets or Excel -Familiarity with YouTube and how to read a channel's public metrics -English or Spanish (depending on who you'll be working with), strong attention to detail Plus: knowledge of the personal development, spirituality, or coaching niche For an initial trial, a fixed price for a batch of 20-30 researched prospects works well.
