Virtual Assistant ( Documentation, Call and SMS handling)

We need someone to be responsible for this : ETA agents keep every cleaning booking on time and friction-free. They sit between the booking system, the cleaner, and the client — confirming, communicating, and escalating. They do not manage cleaners. CORE MANDATE Every cleaner is confirmed, has a logged ETA, and is reconfirmed 1 hour before start. The client is proactively updated at each step. Unresponsive or unavailable cleaners are escalated immediately — never resolved unilaterally. RESPONSIBILITIES Confirm - Log the cleaner's actual confirmed ETA for every booking Notify - Send initial client confirmation once cleaner is confirmed Reconfirm - Re-check with cleaner 1 hour before scheduled start Notify (Final) - Send final confirmed ETA to client after reconfirmation Check - Verify access codes and correct checklist on every active booking Prioritize - Work bookings by timezone order: EST → CST → MST → PST Escalate - Escalate all non-responsive or cancelled cleaners to the Operations Manager, immediately Log - Log every action in real time in both the ETA Activity Log and the Slack channel
