Virtual Assistant – U.S. Insurance Agency (EZLynx Experience Required) We are a growing independent Florida insurance agency specializing in both commercial and personal lines. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with quoting, client service, CRM management, email organization, and day-to-day back-office operations. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in staying organized. Hours ● 20–40 hours per week (flexible) ● Must overlap with U.S. Eastern Time from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM EST at a minimum ● Potential for full-time as we continue to grow Compensation ● $6–10 USD/hour, depending on experience Required Qualifications ● Experience using EZLynx (Rating Engine and/or Agency Management System) ● Previous experience working for a U.S. independent insurance agency ● Excellent written and spoken English ● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ● Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment ● Ability to communicate promptly during working hours ● 90%+ Upwork Job Success Score preferred Preferred (Bonus) ● Personal Lines insurance experience ● Commercial Lines insurance experience ● Experience with CRM management and client Bilingual English and Spanish follow-up ● Experience managing executive email inboxes Daily Tools ● EZLynx ● Microsoft Teams ● Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive) Responsibilities ● Enter new leads and client information accurately ● Quote personal lines policies in EZLynx ● Update CRM with notes and lead status ● Organize and maintain email inboxes ● Follow up with clients via email and text using approved templates ● Request and collect missing documents ● Assist with administrative tasks and workflow organization ● Help keep agency records organized and up to date This Position Does NOT Include ● Providing insurance advice ● Recommending coverages ● Binding policies or making licensed insurance decisions To Apply Please begin your proposal with the words “Lighthouse VA” so I know you’ve read the entire job posting.
