Virtual Assistant / Job Search Specialist (AI-Assisted)

Job Description: I am a senior technology executive (Fractional CTO / AI Product Architect) looking to hire a highly organized Virtual Assistant to manage my high-volume job application process. Your primary goal will be to apply to jobs on my behalf at scale, utilizing AI tools and specific platforms to maximize efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Jobright.ai Management: You will be exclusively focused on using Jobright.ai to find and apply to jobs in mass on my behalf. Resume Routing: I have multiple versions of my resume tailored for different positions (e.g., AI Product Manager, Solutions Architect, Fractional CTO). You must have the attention to detail to select and submit the correct resume based on the specific job description. Upwork Proposals: Find relevant, high-ticket contract roles on Upwork and submit proposals. You will use AI tools (like ChatGPT or Claude) to draft cover letters using templates and guidelines I provide. Tracking & Organization: Keep a basic log of where my profile has been submitted and any responses or interviews that need scheduling. Requirements: Strong attention to detail (matching the right resume to the right job is critical). Comfortable using AI tools to draft basic cover letters and messages. Familiarity with Jobright.ai is a massive plus, but if you are tech-savvy and a fast learner, that works too. Excellent English reading comprehension to quickly scan job descriptions and determine if they are a fit for my executive profile.
