Virtual Assistant in Mexico needed to help me manage my move

I'm preparing for an international move from Mexico to Sweden, which means I need to sell most of my belongings in Mexico before I leave. I've already created a complete inventory of everything I'm selling, including prices, available discounts, photos (WIP), and descriptions (WIP). What I need is someone who can help me manage the selling process from beginning to end. Your main responsibilities would include: * Uploading and maintaining listings on Facebook Marketplace * Managing conversations with potential buyers * Answering questions using the information I provide * Negotiating with potential buyers, while checking with me before accepting any offer, discount, or price different from the listed price * Keeping track of interested buyers and sold or reserved items * Coordinating payment details with buyers * Helping me stay organized throughout the process You must be fluent in Spanish, and I strongly prefer someone who lives in Mexico or has significant experience with the Mexican market. You should be comfortable with how people negotiate on Facebook Marketplace in Mexico and understand common payment methods, bank transfers, and concepts such as MSI (meses sin intereses). We may also use Stripe for some payments. Previous Stripe experience is not required, as I can handle that part myself or teach you what you need to know. You will not need to create the inventory, take photos, write descriptions from scratch, or decide pricing. I will provide all of that. Your main responsibility will be taking the information I've already prepared and managing the time-consuming process of listing everything and communicating with potential buyers. You will be able to manage buyer conversations independently, but any final price negotiation, discount, or offer that differs from the listed price must be approved by me before confirming it with the buyer. I'm looking for someone who is organized, responsive, comfortable communicating with buyers, and good at navigating negotiations. Experience selling through Facebook Marketplace or similar platforms in Mexico would be a big plus.
