We’re looking for a proactive Assistant to help manage projects, tasks, emails, and communications across platforms like Slack and LinkedIn. This role involves supporting daily operations, coordinating projects, and helping streamline workflows, with a focus on healthcare-related work. Technical experience is a must. Need to test updates on application. Canva, wordpress, hubspot, figma, slack, linkedin, Responsibilities: • Manage email inboxes and task lists. • Coordinate projects and track deadlines. • Support communication on Slack and LinkedIn, including content posting. • Assist with research, documents, and reports. • Suggest improvements to workflows. Qualifications: • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Experience with email, Slack, LinkedIn, and productivity tools. • Healthcare experience preferred. • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
