Virtual Assistant - Research TikTok & Instagram Editors for Music Promotion

I'm looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to help research TikTok and Instagram creators who make aesthetic edits and short-form content that would fit my music. This is a repeatable research position. Your job is not to contact anyone. You will simply find qualified creators and organize them into a spreadsheet. If you're reliable and provide quality leads, this will be ongoing work. Responsibilities I will provide examples of the types of creators I'm looking for. Your job is to search TikTok and Instagram for creators who make edits such as: Aesthetic edits Fashion edits Movie/TV edits Architecture & castles Dark / gothic edits Liminal spaces Night city edits Gaming edits Anime edits Other cinematic or atmospheric content The creators should regularly use music in their edits and have content that matches the vibe of my music. Creator Qualification Criteria Each creator should: Be actively posting (at least 3 posts in the last month) Primarily create edit-based short-form videos Have an Instagram account (TikTok is a plus) Be someone who could realistically use independent music Preferred size: 5,000–500,000 followers (I'm generally not looking for huge creators with millions of followers.) For Each Creator, Record Name Instagram handle TikTok handle (if available) Follower count Primary content category Average views (rough estimate) Link to profile Notes (why they are a good fit) Daily Output 40–50 qualified creators per day Quality is much more important than quantity. Estimated Time Approximately 1–2 hours per day. Compensation I pay per qualified lead. We will start with a small paid trial to make sure we're aligned on quality before moving into ongoing work. If you consistently find great creators, this can become a long-term position.
