Virtual Assistant to Submit Data Engineering Job Applications (Tech Background Required)

I am a US-based data engineer running a high-volume job search. I need a detail-oriented VA to find and submit applications to Data Engineering roles on my behalf. All sourcing happens on HiringCafe (hiring.cafe) using preset filter URLs I will share with you. You will not search LinkedIn, Indeed, or any other board. The filters are already tuned to my target roles and seniority, so your job is to work the filtered result set, not to hunt for postings. I only apply to roles posted within the last 24 hours. This is the core constraint of the job. A posting that is four days old already has 300 applicants and is not worth either of our time. - The work is a daily rhythm, not a weekly batch. You check the filters each working day and clear that day's new postings. A missed day cannot be made up later, because those postings fall out of the window permanently. - Daily volume will vary. Some days there will be 12 matching roles, some days 2. That is the market, not your effort, and I do not expect you to control it. - You will never be asked to hit a number by loosening the filter. On a thin day, a thin day is the correct output. Tell me it was thin. WHAT YOU WILL DO EACH DAY 1. Open the preset HiringCafe filter URLs I provide 2. Confirm each result actually went live within 24 hours 3. Check it against a short verification list I provide (title match, stack keywords, seniority, location) 4. Click through to the company's own application page and submit using my resume and a prepared answer bank 5. Log every application in a shared Google Sheet, including how old the posting was 6. Flag anything ambiguous to me instead of guessing WHAT I PROVIDE - Preset HiringCafe filter URLs, ready to open, nothing to configure - Resume, cover letter templates, and a complete answer bank for common form fields - A dedicated email address and phone number for all applications - A written list of job titles to apply to and titles to skip - A tracking sheet with the exact columns to fill REQUIREMENTS - Working familiarity with software and data job titles. You should know the difference between a Data Engineer, a Data Analyst, and a Data Scientist without looking it up. - Comfortable with Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workday application flows - Strong written English - Available most weekdays. A 24-hour window cannot be caught up on later, so consistency matters far more than raw speed here. STRUCTURE AND PAY - $0.70 per application, flat - Paid in milestones of 100 applications ($70 per milestone) - Paid trial first: 40 applications ($28) - I review each milestone before funding the next I will not ask you to handle any sensitive personal information.
