About Us: We are a growing mental health and wellness organization looking for a Virtual Assistant Team to support our administrative, technical, creative, and digital operations. We are open to an established VA agency, a small team of VAs, or a group of specialists who work together. You do not need to have every skill listed below. We are looking for a team whose combined expertise can meet our needs. Areas of Support: Our team will assist with: Website & App Development: Website maintenance, Bubble.io, iOS development, UI/UX, and troubleshooting Automation & Technology: Scheduling integrations, APIs, Zapier/Make, and workflow automation Social Media & Content: Social media management, Reels, Canva, graphic design, AI content creation, and video editing Marketing & Lead Generation: Patreon, lead magnets, email marketing, SEO, and digital products Podcast Support: Scheduling, editing, publishing, graphics, and promotion Administrative Support: Calendar and email management, research, data entry, CRM support, documentation, and general VA tasks Ideal Team: We are looking for a team that is: Organized, reliable, and proactive Strong communicators Comfortable working independently and collaboratively Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines A team lead or primary point of contact who can coordinate tasks and communicate with our organization is preferred.
