GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant for Website Builds, SEO Setup, and Automations We are looking for a reliable virtual assistant with hands-on GoHighLevel experience to help us build and manage a growing portfolio of local lead-generation websites. The primary focus of this role is fast, accurate website production using repeatable templates and systems. You do not need to be an advanced developer, but you should already understand the basics of GoHighLevel and feel comfortable learning our specific process. This will begin as a project-based or part-time role, but for the right person, it has the potential to grow into a permanent position with the company as our website portfolio and workload expand. Main Responsibilities Duplicate and customize GoHighLevel website templates Build local service websites for different cities and markets Replace copy, images, business information, city names, phone numbers, and contact details Create and organize service pages Format pages for mobile and desktop Set up forms and make sure submissions route correctly Configure simple workflows and automations Connect domains and update DNS records Set up tracking phone numbers Install or connect Google Analytics and Google Search Console Submit XML sitemaps and confirm pages are indexable Add page titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, internal links, and schema Check websites for incorrect city names, broken links, placeholder text, and formatting issues Troubleshoot basic GHL, domain, form, tracking, and automation problems Follow detailed checklists and document completed work What We Are Looking For: Some prior experience using GoHighLevel Experience building or editing websites inside GHL Basic understanding of technical and on-page SEO Comfortable working with domains, DNS, forms, workflows, and tracking Strong attention to detail Ability to follow repeatable systems Fast and dependable communication Willingness to ask questions rather than guess Ability to produce websites quickly without sacrificing accuracy Interest in growing into a long-term role with increasing responsibility Important This is a production-focused role. We will provide templates, instructions, examples, and checklists. You will not be expected to design every website from scratch.
