Virtual Assistant With Distressed Real Estate Analysis & Acquisition Experience Needed

We are a real estate investment company specializing in wholesale acquisitions, fix-and-flips, and multifamily investments in the US. We are looking for a detail-oriented researcher to help our acquisitions team identify off-market and undervalued opportunities before our competitors. This is **not** a sales or cold-calling position. Your job is to find great investment opportunities, analyze them, and organize them in our CRM for our acquisitions team. Responsibilities * Research distressed and undervalued properties using the MLS and public records * Identify contractor specials, estate/probate sales, long days-on-market listings, expired/canceled listings, price reductions, back-on-market properties, and other motivated seller opportunities * Perform basic deal analysis, including ARV, estimated repairs, comps, and maximum allowable offer (MAO) * Enter and organize opportunities in our CRM with detailed notes * Research listing agents, property ownership, zoning, and other relevant information * Continuously improve and expand our lead-generation process Qualifications * Experience with real estate investing, wholesaling, or acquisitions research * Familiarity with MLS systems and comparable sales analysis * Strong research and organizational skills * Excellent English communication * Experience with Google Sheets/Excel and CRM software * Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) is a plus Compensation * Hourly + performance bonuses * Long-term opportunity with room for growth To Apply Please submit: 1.
