Virtual Assistant for Etsy Store

Job Title: Etsy Specialist Needed – Digital Pet Products, Canva & Etsy SEO I’m looking for an experienced Etsy Specialist / Etsy Virtual Assistant to help build out and optimise my existing Etsy store, Coastal Canine Co. This is a one-off project, not an ongoing VA position. My Etsy store is already created and currently has one product live. I also have several digital pet products partially created in Canva. These products are already started and will mainly need to be reviewed, tweaked, polished and prepared for sale before being uploaded to Etsy. In addition to these existing semi-completed products, I would like the successful freelancer to create 10 completely NEW digital pet products from scratch. Project Scope The project will include: Reviewing my existing semi-completed Canva products. Tweaking and improving these products where necessary so they are polished, professional and ready to sell. Creating professional mockups for these products and uploading them to Etsy. Creating 10 additional NEW digital pet products in Canva, separate from the products I already have partially completed. Researching suitable product ideas within the dog/pet niche that have good Etsy search and sales potential. Creating professional, eye-catching Etsy listing mockups for all new products. Writing strong, keyword-rich Etsy titles. Writing clear and persuasive product descriptions. Researching and adding relevant Etsy SEO keywords and tags. Optimising listings to give the products the best possible opportunity to be discovered through Etsy search. Improving the overall appearance and professionalism of my Etsy store. Creating or improving the Etsy shop banner. Organising shop sections and categories. Improving the About section and overall shop presentation where required. Ensuring branding is consistent, clean and visually appealing throughout the store. Organising and sharing all Canva source files with me so I retain full access to the designs. Experience Required I’m specifically looking for someone with proven experience in: Etsy digital product stores Etsy SEO and keyword research Canva digital product design Etsy listing creation and optimisation Professional Etsy product mockups Strong written English Researching digital products with genuine Etsy demand Experience working within the pet/dog niche would be highly regarded. Desired Outcome At the completion of the project, I would like: My existing semi-completed Canva products polished and uploaded to Etsy. 10 completely new digital pet products created and uploaded, in addition to my existing products. Professional mockups for the listings. Strong SEO titles, descriptions, keywords and tags. My Etsy shop professionally presented and visually appealing. Shop sections, banner and overall presentation optimised. All Canva source files organised and shared with me. The goal is to build Coastal Canine Co. into a professional digital pet product store with products that have strong potential to be discovered organically through Etsy search.
