Virtual Assistant for Short Term Rental Company

We are looking for a reliable and detail oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Short Term Rental company with day to day tasks and help us keep our operations organized and efficient. Before starting the main project, we would like to work with someone who can first review and analyze our current listing to understand what needs to be improved and how you can contribute to the project. What we need help with: * Reviewing our Short Term Rental listing and identifying areas that could be improved * Checking the listing for accuracy, presentation, descriptions and overall guest appeal * Researching information that can help improve the listing and attract more bookings * Assisting with administrative and operational tasks * Managing information and keeping records organized * Communicating clearly and providing regular updates * Supporting other tasks related to our Short Term Rental business when needed What we are looking for: Someone who is organized, proactive and able to work independently. Experience with Short Term Rentals, Airbnb, property management or Virtual Assistance is a strong advantage, but we are also open to someone with excellent communication, research and organizational skills. For the first stage, you will be asked to review the listing and provide your observations and recommendations. If everything looks good and we are a good fit, we will proceed with the main project and potentially establish a longer term working relationship.
