Virtual Assistant for 3-Way Calls

I'm looking for an assistant to help facilitate three-way calls between our clients and their service providers. You will need to be able to do 3 way calls with the customer, and the vendor to help them switch from one company to another. For example, a client may currently have Cox internet, and you are tasked with helping them switch to ATT. The steps are: 1. Call the client. Add Cox on a 3 way call. Work through the calling tree. Be consistent and firm about canceling and coach the client in saying they want to cancel. 2. Navigate Cox's cancelation department transfers until the cancelation is confirmed. 3. Call ATT with a three way phone call with the client to sign up for the predetermined new plan. This role requires excellent phone etiquette and premium customer service, along with the ability to be firm and clear when informing a losing vendor that the client wants to cancel. Three-way calling ability is required, and since phone skills are essential to this role, we'll need to complete a live call together before hiring. Hours are flexible, ranging from 0 to 10 hours per week depending on client demand.
