Virtual Assistant / Sales Coordinator – Harvey Bros Restoration 📍 Remote Position 💵 Starting Pay: $5+/hour (Higher pay available based on performance & sales ability) 📈 Commission Opportunities Available ⏰ Long-Term Opportunity 30-40 hours week Harvey Bros Restoration is looking for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant / Sales Coordinator to join our growing restoration and construction company. The MOST IMPORTANT part of this role is being effective on the phone, following up with leads, and helping close projects quickly. We are looking for someone confident, organized, proactive, and comfortable speaking with customers daily. This is not just a simple admin position. You will play a major role in helping manage projects and keep operations moving smoothly. Main Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer calls - Follow up with leads and help close projects - Create quotes and estimates - Send emails and communicate with customers - Assign technicians and crews to jobs - Manage customer follow-up throughout the project - Invoice customers after project completion - Manage schedules and project coordination - Basic social media management - Only 2 posts per week on 2 platforms Important Information: - We use Podio CRM, which is already fully built out and organized - Our phone system is integrated with the CRM - Our quoting software is simple to use - Full training will be provided - We pay periodically - Strong performance and strong phone skills can lead to higher pay quickly Huge Bonus If You Have Experience With: - Sales - Appointment setting - Customer service - Construction or restoration companies - Estimating/quoting - CRM systems - QuickBooks - Insurance claims Growth Opportunities: There is strong long-term growth potential with our company.
