Virtual Bookkeeper — Agency & Service Business Accounting

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Bookkeeper to manage full-charge accrual accounting, job costing, and client project profitability for our growing agency. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain clean QBO books using accrual GAAP standards. • Track project/client profitability, retainers, and vendor pass-through expenses. • Perform monthly closes, bank reconciliations, and AR/AP management. • Prepare monthly financial reporting packages (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Requirements: • 3+ years experience with US full-charge agency/service business bookkeeping. • Active QuickBooks Online (QBO) ProAdvisor certification. • Strong experience in job costing, project-based revenue recognition, and GAAP. • High proficiency with tool integrations (Gusto, Stripe, Bill.com, Expensify, Asana/ClickUp). • Excellent written & spoken English skills with standard EST/US work hour overlap.
