Virtual Customer Service Assistant for Real Estate Finance company

We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant/Customer Service specialist with some experience in finance and/or real estate, finance/lending, preferrably with Ukranian, Russian, Uzbek and any other languages, to develop/manage marketing (email marketing, social media posts, instagram), provide customer service with good email/text/calls communication skills in English, Russian and Uzbek. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, manage client communications, (real estate lending and investments) and help with marketing initiatives (email marketing and social media) to promote our mortgage services. Strong organizational skills and knowledge of the real estate industry are essential in addition to strong English language verbal and writing skills.
