Virtual Sales Assistant – Cold Outreach & CRM (Food/Produce Industry)

We're looking for a reliable, articulate Virtual Sales Assistant to handle outbound prospecting and client outreach on our behalf. Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls and send emails to prospective produce buyers (foodservice distributors, processors, wholesalers) Follow up with existing clients to check satisfaction and uncover additional sourcing needs Log every call/email outcome accurately in HubSpot CRM using our provided scripts and fields Schedule qualified leads for a follow-up call with the business owner Follow a simple discovery script to ask clients about other produce items they source, and log responses Requirements: Prior experience with cold calling/telesales (food industry or B2B wholesale a plus) Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM (or willingness to complete free HubSpot Sales certification before starting) Clear spoken English; professional phone manner.
