Virtual Sales Assistant (VSA) — Quoting QA, Streamlining Sales Process

We’re a residential roofing & gutter company looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Sales Assistant to help us quality control and streamline quoting and contract approval process. This is not a technical role — but attention to detail, task ownership and fast turnaround times are absolutely essential. ✔ What You’ll Do Proofread/quality control email cover notes to prospective clients and quotes/estimates for them Review and draft responses to clients questions Keep up with emails of the sales persons/team and clean up the inbox; help prioritize and focus sales persons' attention on most needle moving tasks Monitor updates to the lead progression process, QA quotes; organize leads from various sources/channel and route them for quote preparation Follow up with clients after the quote is sent; tee up calls from sales persons to ensure the clients feel high-level personal contact is present Make sure each client gets a contact every 24 hours Clean and keep up to date the organizational RCM Follow SOPs closely and complete tasks within required timeframes Communicate clearly with our team during US East Coast hours ✔ What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail — accuracy is everything in this role Reliable, responsive communicator (Slack + email) Ownership of tasks Able to follow SOPs exactly and check your work before submitting Candidates must work on US Eastern Time hours Potential to grow into a full-time (40 hrs/week) role for the right person
