Virtual Sales Representative – Assisted Living Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and personable Virtual Sales Representative to help grow our assisted living community by generating leads, building referral relationships, and converting prospective residents into admissions. Responsibilities Respond to inquiries from prospective residents and families. Conduct phone and virtual consultations. Follow up with leads by phone, email, and text. Schedule tours and appointments. Build relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, placement agencies, social workers, and other referral sources. Maintain an organized lead pipeline and CRM. Educate families about our community, services, and care options. Coordinate with the Admissions Director on qualified prospects. Meet established sales and lead-generation goals. Qualifications Previous sales, healthcare marketing, senior living, or admissions experience preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Confident and professional on the phone. Strong follow-up and organizational skills. Comfortable using CRM systems and technology.
