Virtual assistance German eCommerce Company (Amazon, Otto, Temu, Shopify)

About us We are a Hamburg-based e-commerce company selling on Amazon, OTTO, Temu and our own webshop (children's scooters, luggage, cookware). Alongside our own brands, we also manage existing Amazon accounts for B2B clients. You will therefore not work on a single seller account, but across several — always following defined instructions per account. You'll join a small team and work alongside our existing VA — this is a second seat, not a replacement. The role Ongoing marketplace operations plus one-off project tasks, across our own and our clients' seller accounts. Examples of what you'll do: Administration and monitoring of Amazon seller accounts (our own and B2B client accounts) Implementing text and image changes on existing listings Daily vital and compliance checks across marketplaces Collecting, compiling and structuring data for reports and accounting The specific tasks vary by account and are assigned to you with clear instructions. Must-have Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (non-negotiable) Experience with a work-management tool (ClickUp, Monday, Trello or similar) Reliable, regular availability at agreed times Perfect English, or alternatively fluent German Reliable, structured, detail-oriented; comfortable with recurring routines and clear documentation Nice-to-have Experience with OTTO and/or Temu seller portals Amazon PPC / advertising experience German language skills (if English is your primary language) Working style We plan and assign all work through our work-management tool. You'll be in regular exchange with me, the founders and our existing assistant. We expect a cooperative working attitude and the willingness to get up to speed on new topics. Time scope will be discussed — but this is a full-time role in the medium term.
