Virtual assistant medical documentation support

Virtual Assistant – Medical Documentation Support I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to assist with psychiatric medical documentation and administrative work. Responsibilities include reviewing provided patient charts/files and transferring information such as demographics, medications, vitals, weight, and other required information into our documentation templates. Training, examples, and a clear workflow will be provided. Expectations: * Must be very detail-oriented and accurate * Must be able to handle a large patient workload * Assigned patient batches must be completed within 1 week of receiving the work * Must communicate if information is missing or unclear rather than guessing * Must be reliable and able to meet deadlines * Healthcare/medical documentation experience is preferred For example, a clinic may have 60–100 patients, and the entire assigned batch will be expected to be completed within the 1-week timeframe. Paid Trial: We will start with a paid trial of approximately 5–10 patients to evaluate accuracy, speed, communication, and ability to follow our workflow. If the trial goes well, this can become ongoing work with larger patient batches. Because this involves confidential healthcare information, confidentiality and appropriate handling of patient information are required. Please include your hourly rate, availability, and previous medical/healthcare VA experience in your proposal.
