Seeking licensed US counsel with immigration law experience, especially with E-2 Visas, to support a special project for international founder/owners seeking visa assistance. The founder/owners have multiple US business interests that may qualify as a favorable pathway. You will work in an of counsel capacity with J Fucci Law LLC and help evaluate eligibility, guide the application process, and provide strategic advice for this project.
