AI Visual Designer for Luxury Wellness Brand: Paid Test + Potential Ongoing Work

PLEASE NOTE: This posting is for a PAID CREATIVE TEST intended to identify a designer for a significantly larger project. About the Project Velora is a premium women's wellness brand seeking an exceptional AI Visual Designer / Creative Designer to translate established creative direction into sophisticated, editorial-quality social media content. This initial project is a paid creative test ($100 fixed price) consisting of: · 1 short-form Reel · 1 carousel · 1 static image · 1 quote graphic The designer selected from this test may be offered a significantly larger project: production of our completed 60-day social media calendar consisting of approximately 129 visual deliverables, with the potential for ongoing creative work with Velora. The $100 test is a one-time evaluation package and is not intended to establish a per-deliverable rate for the larger project. Larger-project or batch pricing will be discussed separately with the selected designer. This Is a Visual Production Role This is not a social media management, copywriting, or content-strategy position. Our strategy and content have already been developed. Scripts, educational messaging, carousel copy, on-screen Reel copy, CTAs, and detailed visual direction will be provided. Your role is to take that direction and elevate it visually through exceptional creative judgment, premium graphic design, photorealistic AI image/video generation, and polished video editing. We welcome visual recommendations and creative ideas, but health, nutrition, training, metabolic/medical, and educational messaging should not be rewritten without approval. The Velora Aesthetic Velora should feel: Sophisticated. Editorial. Intelligent. Feminine. Aspirational. Restrained. Modern. Premium. When we say luxury, we do not mean flashy or ostentatious. We are not looking for excessive gold, glamorous clichés, generic luxury stock imagery, busy graphics, obvious templates, or typical influencer-style wellness content. Velora's sense of luxury should come through: Exceptional composition and typography Beautiful lighting Sophisticated architecture and environments Natural materials and thoughtful styling Generous negative space Editorial restraint Attention to small details Quiet confidence and understated luxury We want someone who understands that premium design is often about what you leave out. Photorealistic AI Is Essential Many Velora Reels will incorporate AI-generated lifestyle footage. The successful designer must be capable of producing highly photorealistic women who look and move naturally. We are particularly interested in designers experienced with current high-quality generative AI image and video workflows. We will be looking closely at: · Natural facial expressions and realistic skin texture · Realistic anatomy and body proportions · Natural hands and interaction with objects · Hair and clothing movement · Believable movement and physics · Realistic strength-training mechanics · Sophisticated environments and lighting · Character consistency across clips when needed · Cohesive color and visual treatment · Premium typography and on-screen text placement Some content will feature women strength training, preparing food, interacting with their phones, walking, traveling, recovering, and moving through sophisticated wellness and lifestyle environments. Strong AI still-image skills alone are not sufficient. We need to see examples of high-quality AI-generated video featuring realistic people. Graphic Design Is Equally Important We also need excellent traditional design judgment. Velora's carousels, quote graphics, and static posts should feel closer to premium editorial or luxury brand communication than conventional social media templates. We value exceptional: · Typography · Visual hierarchy · Composition · Negative space · Image selection/generation · Consistency · Restraint · Attention to detail The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating both a cinematic AI-generated Reel and an exceptionally polished minimalist quote graphic. The Paid Creative Test Finalists will receive the same four Velora assignments so we can evaluate work consistently: · 1 Reel (AI video generation, photorealism, movement, editing, pacing, typography, and storytelling.) · 1 Carousel (Editorial design, typography, hierarchy, information presentation, and visual consistency.) · 1 Static Image (Composition, visual storytelling, imagery, and understanding of the Velora aesthetic.) · 1 Quote Graphic (Typography, restraint, negative space, and understanding of understated luxury.) All necessary scripts, copy, and creative direction will be provided. We will also provide an internally created sample Reel as an aesthetic/storytelling reference. It is not intended to be copied. We are hiring a professional because we expect the final creative quality to elevate and exceed this reference. Potential Larger Project The successful designer may be invited to produce our established 60-day campaign of approximately 129 visual deliverables, including: · AI-generated Reels · Educational carousels · Premium static imagery · Branded quote graphics · Brand/manifesto content The strategy, copy, scripts, and much of the visual direction are already complete. We would ideally like to develop an ongoing relationship with a designer who becomes familiar with Velora's visual language and can help us maintain a consistently exceptional standard over time. Who We're Looking For We are particularly interested in designers with experience in: · Luxury / premium branding · Wellness · Beauty · Fashion · Hospitality · Editorial · Sophisticated lifestyle brands You do not need to be a nutrition or fitness expert. All health-related messaging will be supplied. However, you must be comfortable following detailed creative direction accurately. When Applying Please send: 1) 3–5 examples of your strongest premium/luxury visual work. 2) 2–3 examples of AI-generated videos featuring photorealistic people. 3) Examples of photorealistic AI still imagery, if available. 4) A brief description of the AI image/video tools and workflow you currently use. 5) Your role in the examples submitted, please distinguish work you personally created from work produced by a team. 6) Your typical turnaround time for 1 Reel + 1 carousel + 2 static graphics. 7) Your availability for a larger project if selected after the test. Please do not send a large generic portfolio. We would much rather see a small selection of exceptional, highly relevant work. One Final Note Taste matters enormously to us. Technical AI skills are important, but we're ultimately looking for someone who understands restraint, sophistication, realism, storytelling, and premium visual communication.
