3D Visualiser Needed for Café Interior Rendering – 2 Stores We are looking for an experienced 3D Visualiser to create realistic interior renders for two café stores in New Zealand. We will provide the architectural drawings, dimensions, Archicad files and equipment details. Our main goal is to make the final renders look as close as possible to the real design. The layout, dimensions, furniture, equipment, colours and materials must match the drawings we provide. WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE • Architectural drawings and dimensions • Archicad files for reference • Equipment details • Material and colour details where available • Photos and other references if needed WHAT WE NEED • Create the full 3D interior design based on our drawings • Follow the correct layout and dimensions • Add the correct café equipment, furniture and fittings • Use realistic materials, lighting and textures • Provide high-quality realistic renders • Make changes if needed after our feedback • Provide the final high-resolution images • Provide all editable source files after the project is completed AI USE We do not want AI to be used to create the main design or replace the normal 3D modelling and rendering process. The full design must be properly created from our architectural drawings. AI can be used only for small improvements to the final render, as long as it does not change the original design, layout, dimensions, equipment or materials. SOFTWARE We do not have any strict software requirement. Our personal preference is 3DS Max with V-Ray, but you can use other professional 3D software and render engines. Please tell us which software and render engine you use. The most important things for us are accuracy, realistic quality and receiving the editable source files. PROJECT This project is for two café stores. We also have more store projects coming soon. If we are happy with your work, we may continue working with you on future projects. BUDGET This is a fixed-price project. Please send us your price for completing both stores. You can also give us your price per store.
