AI Voice Agent for Annuity Lead Qualification

Summary

We’re replacing a call center with Retell AI voice agents for annuity lead qualification. The work includes one inbound agent handling calls from an 800 number and one outbound agent calling web leads within 60 seconds of form submission. The outbound flow should include a 5-attempt, two-wave retry cadence, follow-up SMS, appointment booking, and structured lead delivery to our CRM. We need someone to build, test, and launch the full workflow, then support ongoing optimization and monitoring. Must have: shipped Retell agents live in production (provide numbers we can call), webhook-driven retry orchestration experience, Twilio A2P 10DLC registration experience.
