Volunteer Tester

Location: Remote - (Argentina; Australia; Austria; Brazil; Canada; Chile ;Denmark; Finland; Germany; Hungary; Indonesia; Lithuania; Netherlands; Norway; Poland; Portugal; Spain; Sweden; United Kingdom; United States) Type: Volunteer / Part-time / Flexible About the Role We're looking for volunteers from different countries (Argentina; Australia; Austria; Brazil; Canada; Chile ;Denmark; Finland; Germany; Hungary; Indonesia; Lithuania; Netherlands; Norway; Poland; Portugal; Spain; Sweden; United Kingdom; United States)  to help us test our online platform in real-world environments. This is not a traditional Quality Assurance (QA) position. Instead, we're looking for people who can use our platform like regular users and share honest feedback about their experience. Your feedback will help us improve usability, identify bugs, and ensure our platform works well across different devices, browsers, internet connections, and locations. Responsibilities • Explore and use our platform as a regular user. • Complete assigned testing scenarios and workflows. • Report bugs, errors, or unexpected behavior. • Share feedback on usability, navigation, and overall user experience. • Test the platform using different devices, browsers, and internet connections when possible. • Participate in occasional feedback sessions or surveys. Requirements • No professional QA or software testing experience required. • Comfortable using websites and online applications. • Able to communicate clearly in English (written). • Reliable internet connection. • Attention to detail and willingness to provide honest feedback. • Access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Nice to Have • Located outside our primary market (we welcome applicants from all countries). • Experience using different browsers or operating systems. • Interest in technology and improving digital products. Time Commitment Approximately 1–3 hours per week, depending on testing needs.
