Vue.js + TypeScript Developer for Web Application Development

We're looking for an experienced Vue.js developer with strong TypeScript skills to join our team on an ongoing basis. Our project is a web-based platform serving business clients, and we need a reliable developer who can write clean, maintainable, well-typed code and integrate smoothly into our existing workflow. Requirements: 3+ years of experience with Vue.js (Vue 2 and Vue 3) Strong, hands-on TypeScript experience — not just basic typing Experience with state management (Vuex or Pinia) Comfortable building and maintaining reusable, component-based UI architecture Experience consuming REST APIs and handling asynchronous data flows Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar) — setting up or maintaining automated build, test, and deployment workflows Git-based version control workflow (feature branches, PRs, code review) Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility Clear written communication and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Nice to Have: Experience with Vue 3 Composition API Testing experience (Vitest, Jest, or Cypress) Experience in fintech, SaaS, or other data-heavy business applications Experience migrating legacy Vue 2 codebases to Vue 3 Docker familiarity for local dev/deployment consistency Scope of Work: Develop new features for our existing Vue/TypeScript application Maintain and improve CI/CD pipeline for automated testing and deployment Fix bugs and improve performance of existing components Write and maintain unit/integration tests Collaborate with backend developers on API integration and data contracts Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards Project Details: Duration: Ongoing, long-term collaboration preferred Hours: Part-time to start (~15–20 hrs/week), potential to scale up How to Apply: Please include: Links to relevant Vue.js/TypeScript projects (GitHub or live examples preferred) A short note on your experience with CI/CD setup or maintenance Your typical availability and hourly rate Any experience with Vue 2 → Vue 3 migrations, if applicable
