WHMCS - Order Flow Fix

We are seeking an expert in WHMCS problem resolving to assist us with fixing an issue with the ordering flow. We are currently experiencing an issue where if our clients place an order for any Web Hosting services through our WHMCS client area, the page will hang and then display a Cloudflare Timeout error. The order however still goes through and creates a hosting package on our reseller cPanel hosting server. We have had our partner host diagnose the cPanel server to confirm there is no issues on their end so we believe this is an issue on our side. Our front facing WordPress and WHMCS environment is hosted on a VPS running at OVHCloud which runs on Direct Admin control panel with Almalinux 9. We are looking for a quick resolution to this so we can begin running advertisements for our business services.
