Want to identify messages on website that are in foreign languages or not from the US: Wordpress

Summary

Get about 100 email messages a day when someone fills out a contact form. Most of them are not in English, obviously from bots. Want a code at the beginning of the message title indicating they are not in English and if they are not from the US. The not from the US is not absolutely necessary. Eventually want to filter them out, but first start with a code so I can see it is working correctly. It probably requires a little programming. There may also be some plugin or whatever that does this. Don't want to spend much money on this.
