# Warm Lead Appointment Setter – HVAC – GoHighLevel

We are an established HVACand plumbing company looking for an experienced appointment setter to follow up with **warm inbound leads** generated through our Meta/Facebook advertising\. **This is NOT cold calling\.** Customers have already submitted their information requesting more information about our HVAC services\. Your job is to contact them quickly, have a natural conversation, qualify their interest, and get them booked on our calendar\. ## What You’ll Do - Monitor new leads coming into our GoHighLevel \(GHL\) account - Call new leads as quickly as possible after they submit their information - Follow up by phone and SMS when leads don’t answer - Make multiple follow\-up attempts rather than giving up after one call - Have natural conversations with homeowners about their HVAC needs - Qualify leads based on guidelines we provide - Book qualified homeowners directly onto our calendar - Update lead status, notes, and pipeline stages inside GHL - Follow up with previously contacted leads who haven’t booked - Help confirm appointments and reduce no\-shows ## Lead Volume We are currently generating approximately **a few new leads per day**, so this is NOT a full\-time position\. We are looking for someone who already does appointment setting/lead follow\-up and has the availability to add our account to their workload while still responding to new leads quickly\. Lead volume is expected to increase as our advertising campaigns scale\. ## VERY IMPORTANT – Spoken English You will be speaking directly with homeowners in the United States and representing our company\. You must have: - Excellent, native\-level spoken English - A very clear, natural, neutral/American\-sounding accent - Excellent conversational skills - The ability to build rapport and not sound like you’re simply reading a script - Confidence handling basic questions and objections over the phone **A voice recording is REQUIRED with your application\.** Please submit a 60–90 second recording introducing yourself and explaining your previous appointment\-setting experience\. Applications without a voice recording will not be considered\. ## Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a major plus: - GoHighLevel / GHL - HVAC - Plumbing - Roofing - Remodeling - Solar - Home improvement - Other U\.S\. home\-service businesses - Meta/Facebook inbound leads ## Compensation We are open to different compensation structures depending on your experience and availability\. Potential structures include: - Pay per qualified appointment - Pay per completed/showed appointment - Small weekly availability retainer \+ performance bonuses - Limited hourly work \+ performance bonuses We are especially interested in a performance\-based arrangement because lead volume is currently relatively low but is expected to grow\.
