Washington Employment/IP Attorney Needed — Employee Side-Project and Invention-Assignment Review

I am a Washington-based technology employee seeking a confidential legal review of a software side project. I need advice concerning invention assignment, confidentiality and trade-secret obligations, work-for-hire language, restrictive covenants, and the possibility of obtaining a written IP carve-out from my employer. The attorney must be licensed in Washington and have specific experience with employee-created software, technology-company employment agreements, and RCW 49.44.140. The engagement should include review of my signed employment documents, analysis of applicable law and any choice-of-law provision, a written risk assessment, and recommended next steps.
