Wastewater Flow Estimation Engineer

In-Pipe Technology is seeking a part-time, contract Wastewater Flow Estimation Engineer to produce defensible base wastewater flow (average dry-weather sanitary flow) estimates for sewer collection-system basins. These estimates are the baseline our inflow-and-infiltration (I&I) studies are built on: monitored dry-weather flow above the estimate points to infiltration, and the wet-weather response above base flow measures rainfall-derived inflow. Because every downstream conclusion inherits the accuracy of this baseline, the role calls for someone who is equally comfortable driving an ArcGIS Pro workflow and exercising sanitary-sewer engineering judgment. You will work independently from our standard operating procedure, applying a rapid estimation method across all basins and a detailed manual count to verify and refine the basins that drive each study's conclusions.
