Web & App Designer for Animated Kids' Brand (Design Only)

I'm building a website and app for a new kids' brand called Bobby Wobby Whiskers. It's centered around a character that helps kids ages 3-7 with nighttime fears. The concept is still coming together, so I'm looking for a designer to grow with, not a one week gig. This needs to feel alive. Lots of animation, movement, and playful interactions that keep a young kid engaged while a parent navigates. Think interactive character moments, things that react when you tap them, that kind of energy. Static and corporate won't work here. Design only, no development. I'm hiring that separately.
