UI/UX Web Designer & GoHighLevel Expert (Figma / Webflow / High-Level Design Skills) Job Description: Are you a creative visionary with a strong, standalone design eye? We are seeking an elite UI/UX Website Designer & GoHighLevel Expert who can take a concept, script, or loose brief and turn it into a sleek, production-ready website from scratch, no ready-made mockups provided! In this fast-paced agency role, you won't just be an assembler; you will be the primary visual designer. You'll own the full end-to-end design process: conceptualizing layouts in Figma, building in Webflow, and building high-converting landing pages and funnels inside GoHighLevel. What You’ll Do End-to-End Visual Design: Conceptualize and design clean, high-impact digital experiences from scratch without pre-made designs or mockups. Figma Prototyping: Build detailed wireframes, visual UI comps, and interactive prototypes in Figma to pitch and lock in client concepts. Webflow & GHL Buildout: Translate your Figma concepts into fully responsive websites in Webflow and optimized landing pages/funnels inside GoHighLevel (GHL). Brand & UX Execution: Establish typography, color palettes, visual hierarchies, and conversion-focused layouts that look stunning and drive results. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside strategy and marketing teams, taking project briefs and translating them into polished assets on tight deadlines. Mindset & Working Style: Agency-Tested: Proven background in fast-paced agency settings where shifting priorities, multiple projects, and fast turnarounds are standard. Composed Under Pressure: Highly organized and proactive under tight deadlines, with a track record of beating targets and delivering ahead of schedule. Receptive & Collaborative: Great attitude toward creative direction and client feedback, able to adapt designs quickly and positively. What We’re Looking For: Standalone UI/UX Design Skills: Exceptional innate design talent with a deep understanding of layout, grid structures, color theory, custom UI elements, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). GoHighLevel (GHL) Mastery: Deep hands-on experience building, styling, and optimizing funnels and pages directly inside GHL. Software Fluency: Mastery of Figma and Webflow is strictly required. Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to take a written brief or client idea and run with it, creating professional-grade web layouts without needing micro-management or pre-designed assets.
