**Web Designer / Illustrator with Strong AI Creative Skills — No UI/UX** We’re looking for a talented **Web Designer / Digital Illustrator** who combines strong traditional design skills with a modern understanding of **AI-assisted creative production**. This is **not a UI/UX position**. We are not looking for someone focused on wireframes, user flows, prototypes, or app interfaces. We need someone who can create visually strong artwork and web graphics for a digital agency and our clients — from traditional custom illustrations and Photoshop compositions to sophisticated new creative techniques using AI. ### What You’ll Work On * Custom illustrations for websites * Website hero images and section graphics * Branded digital artwork * Creative photo compositions and image manipulation * Marketing and campaign graphics * Blog and social media imagery * Conceptual artwork for technology, AI, SEO, marketing, hosting, and other industries * Traditional digital illustration * AI-assisted illustration and image generation * Combining photography, illustration, typography, and AI-generated elements * Taking existing photography and transforming it into a unique branded visual style * Creating multiple visual concepts from a creative brief ### AI Experience Is Important We’re especially interested in designers who understand how AI is changing commercial design. You should be comfortable using modern AI creative tools as part of your workflow — **without relying on AI to do all the creative work for you**. We want someone who understands: * Advanced AI image prompting * Image-to-image workflows * AI image editing and compositing * Maintaining consistency between multiple generated images * Using reference images and brand guidelines effectively * Combining AI-generated elements with Photoshop or traditional design techniques * Retouching AI images so they look professional and intentional * Creating artwork that does **not immediately look like generic AI** * Knowing when traditional illustration/design is better than AI Experience with tools such as **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Midjourney, ChatGPT image generation, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, Flux, ComfyUI, or similar platforms** is a plus. You do **not** need to know every AI platform. ### What We’re Looking For You should have a strong eye for: * Composition * Typography * Color * Branding * Illustration * Photography * Visual storytelling * Modern web design aesthetics You should also be comfortable working within an established brand rather than creating something completely different every time. ### Very Important We are **NOT looking for:** * UI/UX designers * Figma-only designers * Wireframe specialists * Developers * People who simply type prompts into Midjourney and send us the result We are looking for a **real designer/illustrator who has added AI to their creative toolbox**. ### To Apply Please send: 1.
