Web Designer Needed for Luxury Boat Airbnb Experience: "Caribbean Son" (52' Hatteras CPMY)

​Job Overview: ​We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Web Designer/Developer to create a clean, high-converting landing page for Caribbean Son Charters—a premium vacation rental and Airbnb experience hosted aboard a classic 52’ Hatteras Cockpit Motor Yacht (CPMY). ​The goal of this page is to showcase the unique experience of staying and cruising on a luxury motor yacht, driving direct bookings, capturing guest inquiries, and seamless integration with our listing platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, or direct booking engine). ​Key Responsibilities: ​Custom Landing Page Design: Design a visual, highly responsive, and mobile-optimized webpage/landing page that captures the luxury, relaxation, and adventure of a yacht stay. ​UX/UI & Copy Structuring: Lay out photo galleries, deck plans, amenity lists, and guest testimonials in an engaging, easy-to-navigate flow. ​Booking & Lead Integration: Integrate direct booking links, contact/inquiry forms, or embed calendars (Airbnb/VRBO or third-party reservation software). ​SEO & Speed Optimization: Ensure fast load times (especially for high-res imagery/video background elements) and foundational SEO setup. ​Brand Identity: Help polish our brand presentation (colors, typography, and visual assets) to convey an upscale, tropical, yet approachable luxury vibe. ​Required Skills & Qualifications: ​Proven portfolio of high-end travel, hospitality, luxury rental, or experience-based landing pages/websites. ​Proficiency in modern web platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Framer, or Shopify/Custom HTML/CSS). ​Experience with mobile-first design and media optimization (compressing rich visual assets without sacrificing quality). ​Basic knowledge of booking engine API integrations or embeddable booking widgets is a plus. ​Strong communication skills and rapid turnaround capabilities. ​Project Scope & Deliverables: ​Initial Wireframe / Design Mockup: Desktop & Mobile design review before build out. ​Fully Functional Webpage: Fully built, interactive, and responsive landing page. ​Integrations: Contact form, location/map display, gallery lightbox, and booking calendar integration. ​Handoff & Documentation: Standard handoff of site management/admin access with basic documentation or a brief screen recording on how to make text/photo updates. ​To Apply, Please Provide: ​A brief introduction outlining your experience with vacation rental, luxury, or experience-based websites. ​Links to 2–3 relevant portfolio samples or live sites you have built. ​Your preferred design/development platform (Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace, etc.) and estimated timeline for completion. ​Your estimated flat rate or hourly quote for this project.
