Web Designer and Content Specialist
Worldwide
We are hiring a Web Designer and Content Specialist to lead a full redesign of our website in Webflow and provide ongoing updates that keep our digital presence clear, modern, and effective. Our site serves two distinct audiences and both matter. Patients and families need to understand their testing options, find our locations, and reach our team with confidence. Referring physicians and hospital partners need to understand who we are, why leading health systems trust us, and how to work with us. The person we hire must design for both audiences rather than treating this as a single patient-facing consumer site. If that distinction shapes how you think about a project, we want to hear from you. Lead the redesign. Deliver a full visual and structural refresh that improves clarity, navigation, and experience for both patients and referring providers. Migrate to Webflow. Rebuild the site in Webflow and move us off our current platform, planning and executing the migration with proper 301 redirects so we do not lose our existing search rankings. Build for maintainability. Structure recurring content such as locations and provider information as Webflow CMS collections, so our team can keep the site current after handoff without breaking the design. Strengthen the structure. Build clean, semantic, accessible pages with a correct heading hierarchy, proper metadata, and fast load times. Improve the user experience. Make it easier for patients and providers to find services, understand testing options, locate our facilities, and contact our team. Maintain the site. Make periodic content edits, add new pages, and keep the site secure, functional, and consistent across devices and browsers. What We Are Looking For: Required Experience building healthcare or service-based websites, ideally for organizations that serve both consumers and business or clinical partners Strong skills in responsive design, UI and UX, and accessibility Demonstrated Webflow expertise, including building and structuring content with Webflow CMS collections Technical SEO competence, including semantic HTML, heading structure, metadata, page speed, and correct handling of 301 redirects during a platform migration A portfolio of clean, modern, live sites we can visit and click through, with a clear account of what you personally designed or built on each Ability to work independently and communicate clearly Preferred Content strategy or copywriting ability. Neurocare will supply subject-matter input and clinical detail, and a candidate who can shape that into clear, well-structured pages is a strong advantage. Awareness of healthcare privacy requirements, including keeping protected health information off the marketing site, routing patient data to our secure portal, and the basics of business associate agreements
