Web Developer to design and build a reusable agency website design template

Ghost Tree Digital is a website hosting, development, and design agency with a large number of clients in the multi-family property space. We are looking to expand our turn-key website offerings, with an additional 1-2 modern, professional quality themes. WHAT WE NEED: We are seeking a WordPress developer with experience using Elementor in addition to JavaScript, PHP, and CSS to create responsive, dynamic websites. Here is a current template demo: https://waters.multifamily.ghosttreedigital.com/ as an example. The initial project will include 2 phases: 1. Full design and mockup of each web page. Delivered in figma, canva, or similar. With the opportunity to provide feedback (minimum 1 round of revisions) 2.Build a demo of the website theme. This should be a fully functional website for a dummy multifamily property. Our goal is to find a partner to help us with this project and support ongoing projects as we build our library of design templates. Our ideal hire will become a repeat contributor for our backlog of needs. SCOPE: We are a website hosting, development, and design agency with a large number of clients in the Multi-Family property space. Approximately 7, fully-responsive pages, built in Elementor pro. This Elementor kit needs to be well structured and dynamically linked with Advanced Custom Fields, so that the kit can be quickly imported to prop up a website. This will be built on an existing WordPress Multisite install using our agency’s relevant plug-in licenses, so initial set-up will be minimal. Ghost Tree Digital will provide the licenses for any necessary plugins. DELIVERABLES: -Wireframe for approval -Medium fidelity mock-up for approval -Staged Mock-Up site using the completed Elementor Kit -All exports and code snippets needed to fully prop up the website template THE DIFFERENCE WE SEEK: Everyone knows elementor sites often have a “look” to them. We are not looking for an Elementor template with mild adjustments. We want someone who can really break away from the basics to create something highly original.
