Web Developer for Real Estate Site

We are seeking an experienced web developer to audit, refresh and improve two related real-estate websites. The main objective is to bring both sites to the same design and technical standard while retaining their separate logos, colours and brand identities. Scope includes: 1. Refresh the front end, including navigation, typography, spacing, buttons, property cards, forms and mobile layouts. 2. Create a consistent UX and reusable design system across both websites. 3. Expand and repair property filters, including location, property type, status, price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, land/building size and relevant features. 4. Improve filter usability on mobile, including clear selected filters, reset options and accurate result counts. 5. Repair property search maps, currency conversion and outdated CMS data. 6. Standardise property pages, enquiry forms, contact links, social sharing and listing status workflows. 7. Improve performance, image optimisation, SEO, analytics, security and third-party integrations. 8. Remove demo content and resolve broken links, redirects and indexing issues. 9. Make necessary visual and technical touch-ups identified during the project. Please separate urgent fixes from later improvements and provide estimated pricing, timing and milestones.
