Web Infrastructure, DNS & Domain Management Partner

We are seeking an experienced web infrastructure and domain management team to serve as our ongoing technical resource for domain, DNS, website, hosting, and email-related configuration needs. Responsibilities may include DNS management, O365 user set-up and security management, subdomain creation, DKIM/SPF/DMARC configuration, SSL certificates, redirects, domain/registrar configuration, hosting/CDN configuration, troubleshooting, and related technical support. Because this work involves access to business-critical infrastructure, security, access controls, documentation, and change management are extremely important. We are specifically looking for an established agency or technical services firm with multiple qualified team members, documented security practices, and experience managing production environments for business clients. This will be an ongoing relationship rather than a one-time project.
