Web Product Designer (UX/UI) - Call Center Agent Dashboard & CRM
Worldwide
We're looking for a product designer to make a complex system feel obvious. We're an AI-powered sales automation platform for the insurance industry. Our system runs outbound campaigns end-to-end: AI voice agents, WhatsApp, and a dialer that routes live conversations to human call center agents. That's the job: design the agent experience. What you'll be designing The dialing experience — what an call center agent sees before, during, and after a call. Zero hunting, zero guessing what to do next. The lead journey, visualized — a simple, glanceable representation of where a lead came from, every step it has been through, where it stands right now, and what action is required next. This is the centerpiece of the project. The CRM surface — how agents access lead and customer data mid-call, and how they edit it quickly and safely without breaking flow. Who you're designing for Call center agents. High turnover, minimal onboarding time, not technically sophisticated, working under time pressure with a live customer on the line. If a screen requires interpretation, it has already failed. Your success metric is simple: a new agent should be productive on day one without a manual. What we're looking for Strong portfolio in UX/UI for operational or data-dense tools — CRMs, dashboards, admin panels, agent consoles, logistics/support/fintech internal tools. Consumer-only portfolios are unlikely to be a fit. We want to see how you handled complexity, not how you handled a landing page. Evidence of information-architecture thinking - show us a case where you took a genuinely confusing workflow and made it self-explanatory. Walk us through the reasoning, not just the final screens. Ability and willingness to work with code and AI coding frameworks. You'll be implementing your own work in our frontend using tools like Claude Code and Cursor (we can assist with this). You don't need to be a senior developer - you need to be genuinely comfortable in a repo and eager to use AI tooling to ship what you designed. Fluent English. Nice to have Experience designing for call centers, telephony, dialers, or contact-center software Experience with state machines / workflow visualization Spanish Design systems experience Include: 🔗 A link to your portfolio, and point us to the one project closest to this problem. What made it hard, and what did you change? 🧩 In 3–5 sentences: how would you approach showing a non-technical agent "where this lead is and what to do next," when the lead may have passed through 6+ automated steps across voice, WhatsApp, and email? Your availability (hours/week). Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a paid trial task on a real screen from our product.
