Web Researcher & Data Entry Specialist for Company Contact List Building

I’m looking for a reliable Web Research and Data Entry Specialist to help research companies online and build a clean, accurate, and well-organized company database. The work will involve researching targeted companies using Google, company websites, LinkedIn, and other reliable online sources. You’ll collect the required company information, verify the details carefully, and organize everything in Google Sheets or Excel. Accuracy is important for this project. I don’t want guessed or incorrect information, so if something cannot be found or verified, it should be clearly marked instead of assumed. Main Responsibilities Research targeted companies using Google, LinkedIn, company websites, and other online sources Find and verify the official company website Collect accurate company information based on the provided requirements Enter and organize the information in Google Sheets or Excel Review each record carefully before adding it to the final list Remove duplicate or incorrect records Update outdated information where possible Add source links for the information collected Keep the spreadsheet clean, consistent, and easy to review Clearly mark any information that cannot be verified Information to Collect Depending on the company, the required information may include: Company Name Company Website Industry Company Location Company Description Company Size LinkedIn Company Page Relevant Contact Information, if required Source URL Other company details based on the project instructions I’m looking for someone comfortable with online research, pays close attention to detail, and can deliver accurate and organized data.
