ABOUT RECOVERY DELIVERED Recovery Delivered is a growing telehealth practice providing addiction medicine across multiple states. We run on a modern, connected stack: a website that brings in patients, a patient portal that delivers care, GoHighLevel for CRM and communication, Healthie as our clinical platform, and a set of integrations and analytics behind them. Our founder built most of that foundation himself. We are now hiring the person who takes it over. THE ROLE You become the technical owner of Recovery Delivered's systems and the person who runs our website rebuild on Next.js (we want it live within about two months). You also support the other technical work in motion: a custom patient portal being built by a contractor and our GoHighLevel buildout led by our CRM contractor. Most of the pieces exist. Your job is to take ownership of them from our founder, keep them running well, drive the website to launch with a contract developer, help the other teams where the website meets their systems, and build things yourself where that is the fastest path. This starts at approximately 10 to 20 hours per week, with room to grow. We use AI-assisted development as standard practice: our codebase lives in GitHub connected to Claude Code. Experience with Claude Code specifically is strongly preferred, and you must be comfortable adopting it as part of our development workflow. You will administer our corporate Claude Code account, including scoped access for each team member. WHAT YOU WILL OWN - Ownership and administration of our technical systems: GitHub and Claude Code, Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, WAF, SSL), hosting, Google Workspace admin, API credentials for GoHighLevel and Healthie on the website side, Twilio, Stripe, CallRail, GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console, and the domain. - The website rebuild plan and schedule: Next.js on SiteGround behind Cloudflare, forms hardcoded to our GHL and Healthie APIs, no CMS, tracking rebuilt from scratch, redirect map and cutover, WordPress retired after launch. You direct a contract developer and build directly with Claude Code where that is faster. - Support for the patient portal team where the website and portal meet: the handoff, shared credentials, and the HIPAA boundary between the marketing site and anything that touches patient data. - The website-to-GoHighLevel integration (forms, hidden fields, call routing), which our CRM contractor is wiring: you understand it end to end and own ongoing changes and maintenance on the website side. You will not build inside GHL. - A possible data buildout: likely BigQuery as the warehouse, with dashboards in Looker Studio or a better tool if you prefer. Whether you or our CRM contractor leads it is open, and we want your ideas. - Ongoing maintenance: backups, monitoring, updates, access management, incident response, and being the person the team calls when something technical needs deciding or fixing. - Documentation and short written guides for the team so changes happen safely without you or our founder in the loop every time. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - 2+ years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent demonstrated production experience, running production websites and small technical projects, with real Next.js (React, TypeScript) work you can show us. - Daily, confident use of Claude Code or a comparable AI coding agent. Experience with Claude Code is strongly preferred, and you must be comfortable adopting it as part of our development workflow, including setting up shared, permissioned access for a team. - Hands-on with GitHub, CI/CD, Cloudflare, and at least one modern host (Vercel, SiteGround, Netlify or similar). - Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and Search Console; you will rebuild tracking on the new site with our founder's guidance. Bonus for BigQuery, SQL and Looker Studio. - Comfortable integrating third-party APIs and webhooks (CRM, payments, SMS, clinical platforms) and handling secrets properly. - Organized: you can hold a launch date, a contract developer, several systems and a founder handoff in your head and keep everything moving. - Understands, or can quickly learn, what HIPAA means for a marketing website and connected tools. - Clear written communicator who documents decisions and can explain a technical trade-off to a non-technical team. NICE TO HAVE GoHighLevel, Healthie, Twilio, Stripe or Keragon experience; healthcare or telehealth background; WordPress migration experience. HOURS AND WORKING STYLE Approximately 10 to 20 hours per week to start with room to grow. You choose when you work, with some overlap with Pacific and Mountain business hours. We review proposals as they arrive and move quickly.
