Web3 Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Blockchain Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the evolution of our next-generation Web3 gaming platform. We have already built the core foundation of the platform, including smart contract infrastructure, NFT functionality, and wallet integration. As we enter the next phase of development, we're expanding the ecosystem with advanced features such as staking, governance, treasury management, on-chain analytics, and community-driven experiences. This is an opportunity to work on a long-term project from an early stage, collaborate with a highly experienced engineering team, and help shape the technical architecture of a scalable Web3 gaming platform. We're seeking an engineer who combines strong hands-on development skills with the ability to make sound architectural decisions, improve existing systems, and contribute to the long-term technical direction of the product. -Responsibilities 1. Review and improve the existing blockchain architecture and smart contracts. 2. Design and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable smart contract solutions. 3. Develop new Web3 features, including staking, governance, treasury, and NFT-related functionality. 4. Collaborate with frontend, backend, and product teams to deliver high-quality features. 5. Conduct code reviews and recommend architectural improvements. 6. Ensure security, performance, and best practices throughout the development lifecycle. 7. Stay current with emerging blockchain technologies and industry standards.
