Webflow Designer & Developer – German-Language Homepage

We are developing a human-centred AI coaching product. We are looking for an experienced Senior Webflow Designer & Developer who combines strong visual web design judgement with professional Webflow implementation skills. Our German-language homepage is already live. The copy, section order, navigation, CTA logic and core brand identity have been approved and must remain unchanged. The task is to refine the visual direction and implement the final responsive homepage directly in a controlled Webflow staging environment. The intended effect should be calm, clear, human, professional and trustworthy — without generic SaaS aesthetics, agency spectacle or futuristic AI imagery. PROJECT SCOPE The project covers one complete German-language homepage. The main tasks are: - Improve visual hierarchy, typography, spacing and composition - Create a stronger hero using the exact approved copy - Improve the placement and legibility of the existing Product UI mockup - Integrate the existing character asset and the Product UI coherently - Present Privacy, Ethics and Safety as a consistent trust system - Present all four coaching modes as a compact and honest overview of the future product system - Improve the scannability and visual rhythm of the existing sections - Improve the footer hierarchy without adding new content - Implement the complete responsive homepage in Webflow - Test forms, links, interactions and responsive behaviour - Complete basic accessibility, performance and cross-browser checks - Leave a clean and maintainable Webflow structure LOCKED CONTENT AND BOUNDARIES The approved German copy, section structure, navigation, CTA texts, logo, core colours and typography must not be changed without explicit approval. The website must not suggest that the AI Coach is already publicly available or immediately usable. An existing future-state Product UI mockup will be provided. It should be integrated and, where necessary, visually refined for the homepage. A complete Product UI redesign is not part of this assignment. This is not an assignment for: - A new website audit - Copywriting or messaging strategy - New homepage sections - New CTA texts or marketing claims - Changes to the approved content structure - A new brand identity - A complete Product UX redesign A previous website audit will be provided as supplementary diagnostic input. Its proposed solutions are not automatically approved and it is not the final implementation specification. FIRST PAID MILESTONE The project will begin with a limited paid milestone in Webflow staging. The milestone covers: - Navigation and hero - Existing Product UI integration - Privacy, Ethics and Safety presentation - The four coaching modes - Footer direction - Representative desktop and mobile behaviour We expect one strong, project-specific visual direction using the provided logo, approved German copy, existing Product UI mockup, existing character asset, brand colours and fonts. After reviewing this milestone, we will decide whether to continue with the complete homepage. FULL HOMEPAGE After approval of the visual direction, the next milestone will cover: - Complete homepage implementation - Desktop, intermediate, tablet and mobile behaviour - Relevant interaction and form states - Responsive and cross-browser testing - Basic accessibility and performance checks - Final Webflow cleanup and handoff All work must take place in an approved staging environment. No changes may be published to the production domain without explicit approval. We need someone who can make senior-level visual design decisions within locked content and brand constraints and implement them professionally in Webflow.
